Name: Hijikata Toushizou
Hijikata is the vice commander of the Shinsengumi (a special police force founded in 1863 japan). He is known by most people as the Demon Vice Commander, because of his fierce way of handling situations both on and off duty. He's the type of person who will stop at no lengths to get what he wants done. He's usually shown with a moody (or terrifying) expression on his face and only a handful of people can see beyond his icy layers.
His hobbies include haiku.
